FAQ's

Where do we go to check in?
We are located at 641 E San Lorenzo Rd.  Upon arrival, come to West gate (nearest the disabled parking) and ring the bell at the gate.  We will greet you at the gate, get you checked in, and show you to your room!

What about parking?
Don’t worry, we have you covered!  We have off street parking for 1 car per room along the front of the building.  Anywhere you see corrugated metal along the top of the fence, is our parking!

Do you allow pets?

While we do love our furry family members, because so many people have allergies we do have to ask you to leave the fuzzy kids at home or in the best pet hotel you can find!

How late can we use the pool?

Our pool and spa are open 24/7!  There is no lifeguard on duty though, so you are fully responsible for yourself!  We do ask for quiet time between the hours of 9pm and 9am, so please be respectful to your fellow guests and our neighbors.  And please, NO GLASS in the pool or spa area!  Broken glass means a very expensive, time consuming professional cleaning that you don’t want to pay for.  We provide plastic cups in every room, and we are happy to provide more if you need them!

Do you charge for children?
Our property is for guests 21 years of age or older.  Once inside the gates, there is unrestricted access to the pool area (no fence with child safety gates).  For safety reasons, children are not allowed.

Do you have a bar?

Sadly, not at the moment.  But you’re welcome to bring your own adult beverages!  Just please keep any glass bottles away from the pool area.

Do you offer food?

I’m afraid not.  But there are a lot of restaurants within about a mile and half and there are food delivery services available. Plus we offer Superior Rooms with kitchenettes!
